The data collected in our web forms is delivered to the Practice Manager who has it integrated into a useful form inside Animal Hospital West Boarding & Grooming so we can provide enhanced communication services for you. An example of an intended use is to make check in at the counter faster. If we can come up with better ways to serve you then the contact data will be used for that as well. We care about our relationship with you and always seek improvement.

We do not sell ad space on our website so we do not have any special relationships with any ad server companies.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice (example: sending you a notice your pet prescription is about to expire). If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site in a prominent manner to notify you of those changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of uses beyond providing pet care to you.

When you visit our Hospital you may inquire about any form you have submitted because other website data does not exists with exception of the website statistics which is recorded by clicking links on our webpage's. Those statistics let us know which of our webpage's our customers find most helpful.

Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information. If you make a mistake in filling out a form please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible with the corrected portion.
